Welcome, and thank you for considering me as a partner in your journey toward healing and growth. I’m Kandice, a licensed clinical social worker specializing in work with children, adolescents, families, and couples. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s most challenging moments—whether you're dealing with trauma, difficult relationships, parenting struggles, or past experiences such as domestic violence and sexual assault.
I approach therapy with a straightforward, supportive style that is action-oriented and goal-driven. I believe true change happens when you take ownership of your growth, so I collaborate with clients to develop practical strategies that empower them to move forward. Whether you're managing complex emotions or learning how to handle tough situations, I am here to support you every step of the way.
In my practice, I use evidence-based therapies such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed techniques. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can gain the skills and tools to not only cope with challenges but thrive.
I have experience working with a wide range of clients, including individuals, teens, families, and couples. I understand that everyone’s journey is unique, and I am committed to helping you find your own path forward—one you can feel proud of and confident in. Whether you're seeking help for your child, yourself, or your family, I look forward to working with you toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
Please reach out if you’re ready to take the next step. Together, we can create lasting change.
