She works with both women and men navigating depression, anxiety, divorce, relationship changes, grief, trauma, and major career or life adjustments.

Debby takes an eclectic, client-centered, and strengths-based approach, creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can heal, build resilience, and move forward with confidence. Her expertise in domestic violence intervention allows her to guide survivors in reclaiming their voices and establishing healthier paths forward.

Outside of her professional life, Debby is a devoted cat lover and fosters kittens in need of rescue, reflecting her nurturing spirit both in and out of the therapy room.
