Amy is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Certified Reciprocal Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CRADC), holding two master’s degrees and bringing 19 years of diverse experience to her practice. She earned a Master’s in Human Services with a focus on Families and Communities from Purdue Global University, and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health from Kentucky University. Her extensive background spans private practice, corrections, community mental health, emergency departments, IDD homes and day programs, substance use facilities, residential programs (PHP/IOP), and shelters.

Amy approaches therapy with assertiveness, authenticity, compassion, and humor, tailoring her techniques to meet clients where they are. She creates a space where individuals can holistically grow, achieve their goals, and embrace their authentic selves. By honoring each person's strengths, she provides innovative tools and strategies to promote healing, healthy boundaries, and measurable progress. Amy works with individuals, couples, and families, guiding them through life transitions and helping them reach their potential.

In her free time, Amy enjoys coaching volleyball, traveling, watching sports, attending live music events, and spending time with her dog. An adventurous spirit, she embraces life with passion and commitment, inspiring others to step outside their comfort zones and pursue meaningful growth.
