We are a small but growing company with the owner and another therapist on staff, and we’re excited to expand further as we have recently acquired additional office space. Position Overview:
I am seeking a compassionate and skilled part-time clinician to join me in this mission. The ideal candidate will have the flexibility to see 15 to 25 clients per week, providing therapeutic support and guidance to individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records

• Collaborate with me and other professionals as needed

• Participate in professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field

• Valid state licensure (LCSW, LCPC or LPC)

• Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards

Schedule:

• Enjoy a hybrid schedule with the flexibility to design your hours. You'll be the first to move into our new office space, sharing it as needed, and taking the lead in establishing your preferred schedule!

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
