Nadia Durrani, MA, LPC, NCC

Treats ages: 12-64

Nadia is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Illinois and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). She understands that life can feel heavy when balancing relationships, family, cultural expectations, work, grief, or simply trying to figure out who you are and what you want. Her approach to therapy is warm, genuine, direct, and collaborative. She believes therapy should feel like a place where clients can be honest, feel understood, and work toward meaningful change at their own pace.

As a Pakistani American born and raised in the U.S., Nadia understands how culture, family, identity, and expectations can shape a person’s experiences. She enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds and creating a space where clients can show up fully as themselves without judgment or pressure.

Nadia believes healing involves both the mind and body. Her background in yoga, weightlifting, and mindfulness allows her to incorporate grounding and mind-body approaches when they fit. She also enjoys incorporating creative expression, including henna-inspired art.

Outside of therapy, Nadia enjoys lifting weights, riding her bike, spending time in nature, and taking care of her plants (yes, they have names). She values both her alone time and meaningful time with family and brings authenticity, humor, and connection into her work with clients.
